After many long months of deadlines, traveling, family weddings and other “challenges and opportunities” (and a few tears!), the ladies of Abigail’s Garden decided to take a much needed break in the beautiful area of New Hope, PA!
Although our personalities, strengths and weaknesses, day jobs, families (and even fashion styles!) may be quite different at times, our bond of sisterhood has been a source of rest, strength and inspiration for all of us. By the time December rolled around, the one thing we all needed was a time to rest, relax and connect with ourselves and each other.
But of course the first thing we did when we got to new hope was lunch and drinks!
When our room was ready, we took some time to pick out the songs for our gig at Ganly’s Irish pub (hope to see you there!). What a nice break to play some beautiful music on a Monday afternoon!
We did some shopping of course!
Breakfast at the Buttonwood!
We also got hot stone massages and pedicures!
Tish got a seasonally appropriate snowflake on her toes! So pretty!
Ashley opted for the more simple, yet more expensive polish …
Then we had the best meal of our lives at the Lambertville Station, a restaurant housed in an old railroad station. We cannot recommend this highly enough!!
After dinner, we took a stroll through the beautifully decorated Peddler’s Village.
We love you, New Hope! See you next year!
