Our Story

Hello and welcome to the world of Abigail's Garden! We are Tish Brown and Laurie Haines Reese, two sisters who have been making music together since childhood. We're nearly as close in age as Irish twins (we never say who's older!). Our journey has led us to perform at everything from intimate weddings to bustling festivals, blending genres seamlessly across fiddle, cello, ukulele, and vocals.

When you listen to our music, you'll be transported far beyond the ordinary — Celtic melodies meet gypsy rhythms, jigs turn playful, ballads turn haunting. Our original compositions add a personal touch, enriched by our vocal harmonies and inventive arrangements.
